Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During sales, holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier but typically take 2–7 business days within the United States.
Tracking Information
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MotherNatureRoots is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, MotherNatureRoots is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, MotherNatureRoots is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returned Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Chargebacks & Order Disputes
At MotherNatureRoots, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.
By placing an order, you agree to contact MotherNatureRoots regarding any concerns before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks filed for orders that have been shipped, are in transit, or have been successfully delivered may be disputed with the shipping carrier’s tracking information, delivery confirmation, and order documentation.
